Until 2015, we have stock over 6000 pieces dies in our manufacturing facility, and this number is increasing each day.
1. Rubber extrusion process
First, uncured rubber compound being fed into the extruder. Next, the flutes of the revolving screw will begin to carry the rubber forward into the die, with an increase in pressure and temperature occurring, the heated material is forced through a die plate to form the desired shape.
2. Plastic extrusion process
First, plastic pellets are gravity fed from a hopper into a jacketed screw. As the screw turns about its axis, it transports, melts, and pressurizes the plastic. From there, the molten material is forced through a die to form the desired shape.Rubber materials:
EPDM rubber (dense/sponge), NBR, Neoprene (CR), silicone rubber (dense/sponge), FKM.Plastic materials:
TPE(soft/rigid hardness), PVC (soft/rigid hardness), PP, ABS, PA, POM.Standard types of extruded profiles:
rubber cord, rubber tube, glazing rubber, rubber u channel, rubber fenders, rubber p seals, rubber blade, weatherstrip, door and window seals, container seals, flocking rubber, automotive door seals, edge trims, trim seals, etc.Test reports available:
UL94v0 test reports, Reach SVHC test reports, ROHS test reports, SGS FDA compliance report, NFF16-101 compliance report.
