On 5th Feb, 2013, we got the test result from UL lab. Our EPDM compound passed the UL 94v0 test succesfully.

UL94,  the standard for safety of flammability of rubber & plastic materials. The standard released by underwriters laboratories of USA. The standard classifies materials according to how they burn in various orientations and thicknesses.

.V-1 : burning stops within 30 seconds on a vertical specimen; drips of particles allowed as long as they are not inflamed.
.V-0: burning stops within 10 seconds on a vertical specimen; drips of particles allowed as long as they are not inflamed.

Now, our compound material is widely used in molding and sheeting products.
